Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of yukicapital.com and the Yuki Affiliates program. Each Yuki product (Humanizer AI, Melies, etc.) has its own terms that apply to use of that product.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you're applying on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Yuki Affiliates program

3.1 Application and approval

Joining is by application. We review each application manually and may approve or reject at our sole discretion, usually within a few days. Rejected applicants may reapply.

3.2 How you promote

You receive one unique referral code per product. The code is valid as a URL parameter (?ref=CODE) and as a Stripe promotion code at checkout. You may share your code in any legitimate channel you own or have permission to use: blog posts, newsletters, videos, social media, ads (subject to product-specific advertising rules below).

3.3 What you cannot do

  • Bid on product brand keywords in paid search (e.g. "Humanizer AI", "Melies") without prior written approval.
  • Create websites, domains, social accounts, or apps that impersonate a Yuki product or could confuse users about the official origin.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) to promote a Yuki product.
  • Use your own referral code to subscribe yourself or close associates (self-referral).
  • Make false or misleading claims about a Yuki product.
  • Promote to minors when the product is intended for adults.
  • Use cookie-stuffing, iframe-stuffing, forced clicks, or any mechanism that sets a referral cookie without the user's knowing click.

Violation of any of the above may lead to immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any unpaid commissions, and clawback of paid commissions for affected periods.

3.4 Commissions

Default Open tier: 20% recurring on net revenue (subtotal minus tax and refunds) for 12 months from the first paid invoice. Creative Partners tier (invite-only): 30% plus additional perks as communicated at invitation.

Commissions are held for 30 days (Humanizer AI) or 45 days (Melies) from the transaction date to cover refund and chargeback risk. If the underlying charge is refunded, disputed, or reversed within the clawback window, the corresponding commission is reversed.

Commissions are earned on first-party, arm's-length transactions only. Transactions flagged by our fraud system (self-referral, suspicious velocity, matching email addresses, etc.) will be held for manual review and may be rejected.

3.5 Payouts

We pay monthly on or around the 1st, for all approved commissions above the minimum payout threshold ($50 USD or equivalent). Below-threshold balances roll over.

Payouts are made via Wise (or PayPal by request) to the details you provide in your profile. Banking, currency conversion, and any local fees are your responsibility. Ensure your payout info is current; payouts returned by your bank may be subject to reprocessing fees.

3.6 Taxes

You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on commissions in your jurisdiction. We may require tax documentation (W-8BEN, W-9, VAT information) before processing payouts.

3.7 Changes and termination

We may change commission rates, clawback windows, or program rules with at least 30 days' notice. You can leave the program at any time. We can terminate your participation for violation of these terms, fraud, legal reasons, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice. On termination, earned approved commissions are paid out in the next monthly batch; pending unapproved commissions are forfeited if termination was for cause.

4. Google Sign-In

If you sign in with Google, you confirm the Google account is yours and you comply with Google's Terms of Service. We use only the openid email profile scopes. See our privacy policy for what we store.

5. Intellectual property

You may use Yuki and product logos, screenshots, and marketing copy solely to promote the products under this program. All IP remains ours. Don't modify logos or claim an association beyond "affiliate partner" unless you're a named Creative Partner with a written collaboration agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the program is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts in France.
